POP3 Mailbox
Please note that you must already have upgraded to use a POP3 mailbox and have a valid password before adding your new account to Outlook.

To add your new email account, click on the File option on the top left-hand side.
Having typed in your email address, click the Advanced options option just underneath the field.
Clicking the Advanced settings option will present another box with the title Let me set up my account manually.
Make sure that this box is ticked and then click Connect.
In the list of options, select IMAP.
For the Outgoing mail, the process is the same.
Enter the same address as above, leave the Port and Encryption method options alone, and make sure you have ticked the Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) option.
Click Next and then enter your password (the one that has been given to you).
