Ecommerce websites come in many different shapes and sizes, offering all kinds of items. And as such, your tool parts website need a different kind of layout page to, say, a website selling paintings. Having read this article, you will know which layout suits your website, helping you to present your items in the best possible way.

Open the editor, click on Basket, and enter the Layout section.
The item layout set in this section applies to ALL of your items – layout cannot be changed on an item-by-item basis.
The smaller image option is useful when you have items with a lot of information attached to them and whose images are less important than its specifications.
A shop selling parts is a good example of when this layout is appropriate - the various custom fields and precise specifications are what need to stand out
Use the bigger image option when you want your item image to be the most prominent aspect of the page
For example, this setting works well for an art vendor website given that the painting serves as the main character on the page, as opposed to its specifications.
The final option, titled Bigger image - content in columns below, would be useful for those who want basic stuff – image, price, summary – to be front and centre, with further text at the bottom.
This would be applied when you want price and image to jump out at the customer.
