I wanted to find a way to celebrate Earth Day but photograph something a little different. I really like this one because it breaks away from my jokey pictures that I've been doing recently. As bad as this Corona Virus has been there has been some positives that we need to look at and mainly it's the environment. The environment has benefited from this horrible pandemic and there are some good news stories slowly coming out of the woodwork.
Behind the scene
I ran to my front garden, trimmed down some Red Robin bush to act as the backdrop and held up the bell pepper plant that I've been growing and put the focus on that.
I used a foot stall to get my head the right height, the monitor had some greenery and I had taped some bush branches to the mirror on the right and on a pole on the left and used the step ladder to get the focus correct. See below!
