After a bad experience I subscribed to a random social media ad for help with a website - I got inundated with messages from lots of firms and phone calls but dot go somehow knew what I needed . Just amazing service My partner and I bought a static caravan in a beautiful part of Filey to enjoy with our daughter. Soon after the purchase we decided we should get some of the site fees back by renting it out. I had a “brainwave” to buy an off the peg website from a well known website supplier and build my own website ( how hard can it be?) ……. After 3 weeks of frustration I conceded defeat. That’s where Frankie and the team came in!! After making the enquiry I had a brief conversation with somebody who the booked me a call with Frankie. I explained what I was trying to achieve, she went through everything with me explaining the whole process A-Z she was very thorough, made it very easy for me to understand and kept me informed of every step way. The website was completed quicker than I expected and is just amazing!! I can run this myself now but I always know if I need advice they are only a phone call away. My only slight gripe is that it wasn't made clear on enquiry, that additional email accounts for my site would be charged as extra. Overall, extremely happy with the final outcome

Great listening skills and ensuring my website looked and felt like I wanted it to. There were some complications with my booking section (from my end) and they were patient in sorting out the detail. Would recommend. The after sales support training was excellent and recorded so that I could go back in and check how to add content, text and photos at a later date. Great help for a non techie. Thank you.
