Thorough and supportive one-to-ones throughout the process Very thorough with discussing what is wanted for the website, for each step someone is going alongside you. I found it quite overwhelming as there is so much info to consider but Frankie was very patient with me which really alleviated the stress of it. Andrew as well was great at discussing ideas for the content which enabled us to get to the crux of what was to be written. Would 100% recommend.

Great Overall, my experience with DotGO was very good! My designer, Frankie, was available all the time and replied to my messages very fast. She happily made changes to my website constantly and was very open to feedback. The support team at DotGO are also super helpful, since my website has been made public, I have made more changes and the team are always there to support me. The only criticism I would have would be that although the functionality of the site is very good, the design aspects are limited. But for the price and support that they provide, the design limitation doesn’t change my 5 star review. Thanks DotGO!

Having been messed around for almost 6 months by another company, my opinion of web-site developers in general was less than complimentary. Then, I contacted DotGo and met Josh! From the outset the team were everything I had hoped for, friendly, caring, professional and most of all understanding. They guided me through the entire process from the initial concept, onto writing with Martin and then site development and going live with Jessica. All the time keeping me closely involved and working with me to produce a site that truly reflects my business. Now set up, I have access to a superb bank of videos and customer support to help me whenever I have concerns or run into difficulty. I looked at many providers for website build and was impressed by Fabio's honesty and easy style. He explained exactly how thinks would work and the experience matched. Jen built my website and made a brilliant job. She asked lots of questions and needed lots of material from me to make this happen. I knew what I wanted, but you d it difficult to explain. The website was better than I could imagine. The content writer Andrew also did a fantastic job. He drew out of me significant material that I had not put forward through great questioning. Again, his contribution was excellent. First class team effort!
