PLAYLIST: GDRP and Privacy regulations

As the owner of a website that collects emails and information from your visitors, the new GDPR regulations specify that you are required to indicate how you intend to use the private information that you collect. You also need to create a link to this privacy policy next to a consent checkbox on all your automated forms. In this video we show you how to create a privacy policy template with a single click and then modify it to suit your needs.
Adding a GDPR privacy policy to you website
All emails sent to you previously, from your website forms have been saved in your online inbox. We extracted the email address from these emails and built a mailing list for you. Because of the new GDPR private data laws being introduced in the UE and UK, you are now required to clean this list by contacting your customers, explaining how you intend to use their data, including a link to your privacy policy and asking for their consent. Only the data from those customers who reply back and explicitly grant you consent can remain in this mailing list. In this video we show you how this can be done quickly and simply.
Cleaning up your existing mailing list for GDPR
The new GDPR regulations state that you must now add an unchecked opt-in checkbox to all your inline forms if you want to use the data in your mailing lists. In this video we show you how to customise the checkbox so the label and explanation are shown on every form across your website and your blog.
