Great service and Professional The team at DotGO that I dealt with were all very friendly and professional. They never rush to get you off the phone and contact you at the exact time they say they will. I dealt with Jessica as my main point of contact who was my web designer. Jessica designed my site and then gave me time to go over it and inform her of any changes I required. All the changes I requested were done very quickly leaving me with a website I am very happy with. They also give you a training session and videos so you can maintain your website yourself. If you do have any problems they are happy to help over the phone or by Emails.
First of all I would like to say thank you to the whole team involved with my project! Everyone has been great to deal with and nothing ever was a problem, there was always a solution. We approached and signed up with DotGo to create a website for our newly purchased domain name of dentalcare4u.co.uk. Fabio returned my initial email through the website within hours. He was a very informative and honest in explaining the cost structure of DotGo and addressed all out questions with accuracy leaving no ambiguity. He later on arranged another call conference through the Zoom portal to cover the business road map to other colleagues. Following this we unanimosley decided to sign up with DotGo. We were then introduced to Jennifer Harter to design and create our website. Jennifer is a genuine and formidable professional with a solid focus to customer care and goes well beyond the call of duty to deliver as we found out with only a couple of days in to the project. We are very impressed with the commitment and effort with which Jennifer consistently delivered within a highly aggressive timescale to design and creating out website. Building my website has been much easier and enjoyable than I anticipated. John (my web designer) gave me clear and easy steps to follow. He was very easy to talk to over the phone. He listened to my requirements very carefully. He gave me time to think about things, I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt guided and supported all the way from the beginning, which took a lot of pressure off me. It has been really useful for my practice to build a website with him as he helped clarify the way I want to work in the near future. Overall John is extremely responsive, a great listener, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
