Dotgo team were exceptionally helpful through out my entire time i worked with them. Everyone was professional and extremely patient with me. My computer knowledge and skills are very limited. Dotgo Team were extremely good in teaching and explaining things to me. At no point did any one of you guys (Dotgo) made feel like I was a nuisance. You took your time to make me understand. I now have a fabulous website that I am proud to use and share with others! I previously had no idea about how websites were created, designed and worked; I will now be confident to amend and edit my site, as I feel necessary. I can’t recommend them enough. Whilst looking for a web designing company, I come across a web design referral company, who sent out my details of what I required to various company’s.

I was careful who I chose as the year before I got totally ripped off from yell.com and was so unhappy with the service that I had received from them and they were the first to call me (so I politely declined).

With this being a factor I was more dubious as to who to give my money to and asked more questions so I didn’t get ripped off again.

After getting a few more calls from various company’s Martin from Dotgo called me and we had a good conversation about what kind of website I wanted, and he understood the nature of the business. After deliberating I decided to go ahead with the website.

The next day, I got a call from the actual web designer Jen Harter who had also already read up about what I wanted (from my conversation with Martin) and clarified a few points as to what would not work to well and how they can be rectified.
She then discussed various themes, and colours which I would like to use.

I then got a call from a proof writer who took down the information I would like on the website. After a few days I then received call and an email of the information after it had been proof wrote and it was good and sound very professional.

He then gave this info back to designer Jen who called me and confirmed that I am happy with the info and said she is going to proceed with the build of the site and gave me a date to expect it by.

On the day I received a call from Jen who had showed me the finished product and I was gobsmacked as I didn’t think it would be so good.
Jen then went on to show me how to amend and make changes to the website from home if I needed to, with a easy to use website builder made by dotgo.

The website was then complete and I am chuffed to bits with the end product. From the first conversation with Martin up until the website went live, all questions I’ve had and anything I wanted doing has all been answered and taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
