This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Something that is incredibly close to my heart and something I actively support so this week's set of pictures relate to things that help me when I need it.
Photography. All kinds of photography is fascinating to look at and more so, the action of actually doing it. I've always found it relaxing and distracting to be able to put some music on my headphones and just go out and photograph something. Going home after a long shoot and reviewing the shots you've taken and start editing them is always exciting. Or even if it's taking photographs on a film camera or a Polaroid. Best bit is that I'm still not great at it but I don't mind.
