I have dealt with other website builder and believe me... I KNOW the difference between crap service and excellent professional support. DotGO have taken the customer service to another level. they explain the entire process AND delivered on their promise of excellent work... communicating the process all the way, updating me with phone calls and emails confirming what we spoke about. My views and options were always sort to ensure my website to look and feel how I wanted it to be. There was no hidden charges, no ghosting me and disappearing for days, weeks on end or not responding to my emails - professional support all the way. Most importantly they meet my proposed deadline to launch my website on my timeline. As they say time is money and money is time and I am over joy, DotGO save me time therefore they save me money. Tara Frawley was my site designer and walk me through all the way support at the end of the process with; how to maintain and update my new website and even send in the calvery when I got stuck - Thank Rami i am loving my new professional email address. the cost to build the website was worth every penny!!!!
