You are guided through with professionalism, experience, efficiency and simplicity and it feels so straightforward! What can I say! The professionalism, efficiency and quality of the service from Jessica (design) and Nick (narrative) were exemplary. From start to finish you are guided through the process in the most simple manner possible. The process starts with an initial discussion around your requirements, swiftly moving onto the narrative where you are asked all the hight questions about you, your business and target audience Nick (in my case) then produces the narrative which is written specifically for websites and picks up the key words for your searches. Sign this off and your website is set for build with background photos (your own or stock). Tideo (live chat service) is added for free should you require and hyperlinks are there for your social accounts. You are then good to go with a training session which hands over the portal so you can make amends as you go. Highly recommended and you work with great people too!
