Building my website has been much easier and enjoyable than I anticipated. John (my web designer) gave me clear and easy steps to follow. He was very easy to talk to over the phone. He listened to my requirements very carefully. He gave me time to think about things, I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt guided and supported all the way from the beginning, which took a lot of pressure off me. It has been really useful for my practice to build a website with him as he helped clarify the way I want to work in the near future. Overall John is extremely responsive, a great listener, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
