I thought the process would be much more difficult, but Jen, who designed my website was very patient and informative. I only had a rough idea when I started the process about the design I wanted and needed, so I was quite hesitant about approaching any company to have the site designed. But I found that I was listened to, advised and the finished product is perfect.
