During the entire web design process Rich gave me constant technical support and immediate attention every time I asked for help.
The development of my online shop required a lot of technical assistance, so much so that at some point I felt compelled to offer to pay an additional fee. To my surprise, Martin replied that, although it was considerate of me, it was not necessary and declined my offer.
