Every month, the DotGO team compete for a beautiful glass trophy that is awarded to the ‘Team of the Month’. I won’t bore you with the metrics here but there has always been a great bit of fun smuggery to be had at the end of the working month when both teams come together and express their gratitude to their own team mates.

It’s important to say that the DotGO team are genuinely all friends, all on the same wavelength and really take the opposition’s acceptance speeches well as it’s just a friendly bit of fun… but don’t be mistaken this is still a competition so we all genuinely work extremely hard throughout and really give it that final push when the finish line is in sight.
